Our Beliefs

We love the Good News; that through Jesus' life, death, resurrection and ongoing reign, God is making all things new! We believe that Jesus died for the whole world, and that anyone can be forgiven, set free, have a relationship with God and belong to His family both now and forever. Everything we do as a church is out of a desire to share this good news.

We love the Bible. We believe it is God's Word, shows us our need of a Saviour, reveals how wonderful Jesus is and has the final say on how we should live our lives. As a church we want to grow together in understanding and obeying God's Word.

We love the presence of the Holy Spirit and the truth that God is with us. We believe God lives in us, empowering both men and women to lead, and enabling all who believe to live lives of joy, hope and freedom. We believe the Holy Spirit continues to give gifts to His church today so that we can build one another up in our faith. We want to see the Kingdom of God grow as we share the hope we have in Jesus. We long for the day when Jesus will come again and His Kingdom will come in all its fullness.

We are members of the Evangelical Alliance and belong to the Free Methodist Church in UK and IRL. We believe that because of Jesus’ life, death and resurrection and the gift of the Holy Spirit we can be set free, living free and bringing freedom. We are Wesleyan-Arminian in theology, Holy Spirit led and Missional in Word and Deed.
